Using the DragonFly Web interface (desktop or laptop)
1. Click Game Schedules.
2. Select that the game, and that opens the side panel on the right with Game Details, Officials and Workers, Documents, and Key People.
3. Select Documents, and then choose Create Document, select either Incident Report or Ejection Report. This will open the form for the report. Fill it out and then "Sign and Complete" it.
Using Center for Officials Services Phone App,
1. Select the Document tab , then choose the Documents tab,
2."Create Documents" button. Choose that, and then select either Incident Report or Ejection Report. This will pull up the form for the report. Fill it out and then "Sign and Complete" it.
