Having been on this list for a while, I tried to find a similar mailing list for NCAA rules. Having found none, I decided to create an NCAA Play of the Day mailing list similar to this one. Just like this one, it is a "newsletter", meaning that you cannot post to it and you will receive no spam. If you have a question about one of the caseplays, however, you can certainly email me about it. There is another NCAA mailing list that I belong to but do not moderate. It is a true mailing list that you can post messages to. You can post questions, caseplays, etc. I have been posting questions from the WAC preseason exam along with what I think the ruling is. After the WAC test, I will post questions from the Mountain West and Southern California Collegiate Football Officials Association.
